This Alert is not related to the fatality in Columbus OH.

Below is a Revised Safety Alert regarding Unexpected Motion in TAC32T Units with Magnetek Drives. The previous Alert, ITS Technical Bulletin 102 is revised. 102a is the current version as of 4/09/2018.

Issue: Unexpected motion is possible in multiple operating modes.
“unexpected operation can occur during automatic and inspection operation modes. Motion may be in unexpected directions (wrong way), and the rate of acceleration may be higher than expected”.
