ARTICLE XXIV - Re - Opening Clause
Par. 1. The Company and the Union agree that if the Labor Management
Relations Act of 1947 is repealed, modified or amended in any
respect, the Union and the Company agree that upon service of
a thirty (30) days notice by either party, this contract may
be reopened for negotiation dealing with Union security or secondary
strikes, that will be covered by the repeal, modification or
amendment of that Act.
