ARTICLE XXIII - Scope and Terms of Agreement
Par. 1. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Company, and
the local unions which are named in the attached lists. This
Agreement shall be incorporated in and become a part of any
Agreement entered into between the Company and the local unions
of the International Union and no local Agreements between the
Company and local unions shall be made changing this Agreement
except as herein provided for in Article XXVI. No local union
shall, through its by - laws, constitution, or otherwise, change
any of the Articles or intent of this Agreement. Nor shall the
Company make any rules or issue any instructions that are contrary
to this Agreement.
This Agreement defines the entire relationship between the parties
for the term of this Agreement and, except as herein specifically
provided for, neither party shall during the term of this Agreement
have any obligation to bargain with respect to any matter not
covered by this Agreement nor concerning any change or addition
hereto.
